Walk the Walk, part deux

After writing this blog, I went to the gym to test out the treadmill workout myself. It was great. But there is one thing I want to mention... its important to note that on steep hill inclines, it's ok to adjust the speed and slow down. Remember you are in control the whole time. You'll still get the same amazing cardio results and you won't hurt yourself in the process.
